Services

Changes that were made to services in the TimeLog window and the Schedule components are shown under Services.

Note: To view the changes for services in all components, you need to have the Contract Services (Patient) or Staff Services (Patient) privileges for the Patient component.

Orders

All the changes that were made to orders are shown under Orders.

Note: To view the changes for orders information in all components, you need the View Orders privilege for the Patient component.

Rejected orders are recorded as an update from the Approved to the Generated status and as a creation of an order with the Rejected status.

Signatures for Clinical Items

• Signed – Clinical item is logged as signed after synchronization from Field Mode or Mobile.
• Co-Signed – Clinical item was co-signed in Transactions>General>Co-Signature.
• Co-Signed Denied – Clinical item was denied from co-signature processing in Transactions>General>Co-Signature.

Cost Override

The Cost Override record is logged when an operator modifies the cost of the existing service for the rate calculation purposes and is shown for the Business Units with the Private Duty functionality.
