About Revision History report

Path: Reports>Security Management>Revision History

Prerequisite: To access this report, you need to have the appropriate privilege granted by the Netsmart Homecare administrator. Ensure that the Netsmart Homecare Reporting Core Components is installed.

With the Revision History report, you can view the history of all changes for a specific patient made by all operators within the specified date range.

You can view the changes that a specific operator made to all patients. The report is based on the data logged on the Revision History Log Panel.

You can choose what to view in the report: action types and areas in the application where the changes occurred. You can also include the changes done automatically by the system. For details about each option, see Revision History report – Define tab.

The report is shown in a tree structure similar to the revision history log.

Click the Plus sign to drill down to the details.
