Deactivate a User

If a user reaches a login failure limit (defined in the System Security Defaults form), this field is selected. Only someone with system administrator access can reactivate a deactivated user.

  1. In the Select User field, enter the user name.
  2. In the Deactivate User field, select the checkbox to deactivate the user.
    Important: Once deactivated, that user cannot access myAvatar .
  3. Click Submit.
