Deactivate a User
If a user reaches a login failure limit (defined in the System Security Defaults form), this field is selected. Only someone with system administrator access can reactivate a deactivated user.
- In the Select User field, enter the user name.
- In the Deactivate User field, select the checkbox to deactivate the user.
Important: Once deactivated, that user cannot access myAvatar . - Click Submit.
