Display User
Generate a user report that displays all users or users associated with a customized user role as defined in the User Definition form, Allow User Role Customization field.
- Users can be deactivated in the User Definition form.
- Go to RADplus Utilities > System Security > User Maintenance > Display User.
- In the Individual or All Users field:
- Select All to generate a report for all users. In the Include Deactivated Users field:
- Select Yes to include all users in the report.
- Select No to include only active users in the report.
- Select Individual to generate a report for an individual user.
- Search for and select the specific user in the Select User field.
- Select All to generate a report for all users. In the Include Deactivated Users field:
- Click the Display User(s) button.
- The User Display report displays information defined for the user in the User Definition form.
- Sub-reports display functionality the user can access:
- Click Forms to display forms the user can access.
- Click Tables to display SQL tables the user can access.
- Click Chart to display Chart items the user can access.
