Task List dictionary values

Configure these dictionary values for Task List: 

► Unsuccessful Reason

  • Unsuccessful Reason is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Other CWS Tabled Files file - data element 11125) of myAvatar CWS. 

    Unsuccessful Reason is a user-defined dictionary that indicates why a task was not completed whether being dismissed or attempted within the Task List console. It is also used for dismissing tasks from the Dismiss Task section of the Task Reporting form. 

    Extended data element: 

    • 11127 - Require Reason Text
    • Select Yes if you require text entry in the Reason for not completing the task text field when an Unsuccessful Reason value is selected. 
    • Select No if you want text entry to be optional in the Reason for not completing the task text field when an Unsuccessful Reason dictionary value is selected. 
    • If the extended data element for the Unsuccessful Reason dictionary value is Not Currently Defined, then text entry in the Reason for not completing the task text field is optional.

    • The maximum dictionary code length is twenty (20) characters.
    • The maximum dictionary description value is forty (40) characters.
► Void Event Reason

  • Void Event Reason is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Other CWS Tabled Files file - data element 11126) of myAvatar CWS. 

    Void Event Reason is a user-defined dictionary that indicates why a task action is being voided using the Void Task Action section of the Task Reporting form. 

    Extended data elements:

    • 11127 - Require Reason Text
    • Select Yes if you require text entry in the Reason Text text field when a Void Event Reason value is selected. 
    • Select No if you want text entry to be optional in the Reason Text text field when a Void Event Reason value is selected. 
    • If the extended data element for the Void Event Reason dictionary value is Not Currently Defined, then text entry in the Reason Text text field is optional.

► Scheduled Window Override Reason

  • Scheduled Window Override Reason is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Other CWS Tabled Files file - data element 11179) of myAvatar CWS. 

    Scheduled Window Override Reason is a user-defined dictionary that indicates why an overdue 'generic' task is being completed outside the allowable window.  

    Extended data elements: 

    • 11127 - Require Reason Text
    • Select Yes if you require text entry in the Reason text for not completing task in allowable window text field when a Scheduled Window Override Reason value is selected. 
    • Select No if you want text entry to be optional in the Reason text for not completing task in allowable window text field when an Scheduled Window Override Reason value is selected. 
    • If the extended data element for the Unsuccessful Reason dictionary value is Not Currently Defined, then text entry in the Reason text for not completing task in allowable window text field is optional.

► Edit Event Reason

  • Edit Event Reason is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Other CWS Tabled Files file - data element 11180) of myAvatar CWS. 

    Edit Event Reason is a user-defined dictionary that indicates why a task action is being edited from Task History within the Task List console. 

    Extended data elements: 

    • 11127 - Require Reason Text
    • Select Yes if you require text entry in the Edit Reason Comments text field when an Edit Event Reason value is selected. 
    • Select No if you want text entry to be optional in the Edit Reason Comments text field when an Edit Event Reason dictionary value is selected. 
    • If the extended data element for the Edit Event Reason dictionary value is Not Currently Defined, then text entry in the Edit Reason Comments text field is optional.
