Task Reporting
The Task Reporting form includes three sections: Task Reporting, Dismiss Task, and Void Task Action. Users with access to the Task Reporting form may run reports or take corrective action on task occurrences.
- ► Field Descriptions
-
- The Task Reporting section provides a way to report on Task activity via a Crystal Report. The parameters on the Task Reporting section determine which clients and tasks will display.
- The Dismiss Task section provides a way to efficiently dismiss individual or multiple tasks by setting the parameters and selecting the specific tasks to dismiss.
- The Void Task Action section provides a way to void a mistaken event, including record of an attempt, dismissal, completion, or incomplete event. Voiding a task event will record the void and void reason and undo the action on the Task List.
