Set up Task List Console widget

Task List is designed as a widget that must be added to a new console view in View Definition. The recommendation is to have a console with only the Task List widget. 

The recommended setup is:

• Place the Task List widget, located in the Misc category, as the only widget on a Task List view. 
• Associate the Task List view with appropriate user/user role Home Views in NX View Definition.
