Import Report For Command Button Launch
Import a SQL report that can be accessed from a user-defined form. This form works with reports created in Crystal Reports.
The Database to Report Against displays when the CDR has been enabled.
- Go to: RADplus Utilities > Modeling > Import Report For Command Button Launch

In the New or Existing field:
- Select Import New Report to add a new report to myAvatar .
- Select Update Existing Report to update a report (Existing Report field).
- Click Select Report for Import. An Open dialog displays. Navigate to the report, click Ok. The Selected Report field displays the report file name.
- In the Existing Report field, select the report. Reports imported into myAvatar are available.
- In the Report Description field, enter the report title (new reports).
- In the Does This Report Require ODBC Connections In Addition to the Current Database field, select Yes to include multiple ODBC connections in the report.
- Additional fields display for the following: Define the ODBC connection.
- In the RX Connect Report field, select whether or not this is an RxConnect report.
- Click Submit. Once imported, the report can be added to a form in the Form Definition form. In addition, reports used in Chart can be imported.
Facilities with CDR Enabled

Select Current Database to run the report against the myAvatar application database.
- Select CDR Database to run the report against the parent system.
