Import Report

Add reports to the myAvatar menu. This form works with reports created in Crystal Reports. Blank Crystal Reports can be used in this form.

  1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > Modeling
  2. In the New or Existing field, select Import New Report to add a new report to myAvatar.
    Note: if you are updating a report, Select Update Existing Report (Existing Report field).
  3. Click Select Report for Import.
    Result: An Open dialog displays.
  4. Navigate to the report and select Ok
    Result: The Selected Report field displays the report file name.
  5. In the Existing Report field, select the report.
    Result: Reports imported into myAvatar are available.
  6. In the Report Description field, enter the report title (new reports).
  7. In the Menu to Place Report Under field, select the menu location (new reports).
  8. In the Does This Report Require ODBC Connections In Addition to the Current Database field, select Yes to include multiple ODBC connections in the report.
    NoteDefine the ODBC connection.
  9. In the Show Group Tree field, select Yes to display the report group tree.
  10. Click Submit.

Facilities with CDR Enabled

The Database to Report Against displays when the CDR has been enabled.

  • Select Current Database to run the report against the myAvatar application database.
  • Select CDR Database to run the report against the parent system.
