Import Report
Add reports to the myAvatar menu. This form works with reports created in Crystal Reports. Blank Crystal Reports can be used in this form.
- Go to: RADplus Utilities > Modeling
- In the New or Existing field, select Import New Report to add a new report to myAvatar.
Note: if you are updating a report, Select Update Existing Report (Existing Report field). - Click Select Report for Import.
Result: An Open dialog displays. - Navigate to the report and select Ok.
Result: The Selected Report field displays the report file name. - In the Existing Report field, select the report.
Result: Reports imported into myAvatar are available. - In the Report Description field, enter the report title (new reports).
- In the Menu to Place Report Under field, select the menu location (new reports).
- In the Does This Report Require ODBC Connections In Addition to the Current Database field, select Yes to include multiple ODBC connections in the report.
Note: Define the ODBC connection. - In the Show Group Tree field, select Yes to display the report group tree.
- Click Submit.
Facilities with CDR Enabled
The Database to Report Against displays when the CDR has been enabled.
- Select Current Database to run the report against the myAvatar application database.
- Select CDR Database to run the report against the parent system.
