Manage the myAvatar UMDAP fee schedule.

  • This information is used to determine UMDAP responsibility for clients who are enrolled in UMDAP.
  • This information is compared to the monthly adjusted gross income of a family, calculated in the Family Registration form (UMDAP Information section).
  • The value in the Adjusted Gross Income field (Family Registration form, UMDAP Information section) is used as a reference in this form to calculate the monthly adjusted income.

Amounts entered in this form must agree with the Uniform Patient Fee and Asset Allowance Schedules.

  • The asset allowance is used as a base amount to calculate the monthly adjusted gross income. Any amount above the asset allowance will be:
    • Divided by twelve
    • Added to the family's income to calculate the monthly adjusted gross income.
  1. Go to:Avatar PM > System Maintenance > System Definition > UMDAP Fee Schedule
  2. In the UMDAP Fee Schedule Effective Date field, enter the start date for asset allowances.
  3. In the 'Dependents' fields, enter the asset amount for each dependent type.
  4. When finished, select Submit.
