Define the fee schedule.

  1. In the Fee Schedule table, click Add New Item.
  2. In the Monthly Adj. Income (low) field, enter the low end of the income range.
  3. In the Monthly Adj. Income (high) field, enter the high end of the income range.
  4. In the Dependents fields, enter the UMDAP responsibility amount for the number of dependents, and monthly adjusted income range in the appropriate fields.
