Enter the maximum monthly adjusted gross income, above which amount the UMDAP responsibility is calculated.

  • This amount is calculated for a monthly adjusted gross income above the amount in the Monthly Adj. Income Cap field, by the increment in the Monthly Income Increment field, the annual UMDAP responsibility is increased by the amount in the Annual Responsibility Increment field.
  1. In the Monthly Adj. Income Cap field, enter the income cap amount.
  2. In the Monthly Income Increment field, enter the increment amount.
  3. In the Annual Responsibility Increment field, enter the annual increment increase amount.
