Reserve a bed - PM

Reserve a bed for a client requiring inpatient or residential services.

  • A client must be enrolled in an inpatient treatment program.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > IP/Residential Management > Bed Reservation.
  2. In the Select Client screen, enter the client ID in the Client Name/ID field
  3. Click the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
  4. If the client has previous bed reservations, a pre-display screen displays. Select the bed reservation, click OK.
  5. In the Priority field, select the bed reservation priority.
  6. In the Unit (Tentative) field, select the unit.
  7. In the Room (Tentative) field, select the room.
  8. In the Bed (Tentative) field, select the bed.
  9. The Licensed/Unlicensed field shows the bed license status.
  10. If appropriate, select Yes in the Cancel Bed Reservation field to cancel the bed reservation.
  11. Click Submit.
