Reserve a bed - PM
Reserve a bed for a client requiring inpatient or residential services.
- A client must be enrolled in an inpatient treatment program.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > IP/Residential Management > Bed Reservation.
- In the Select Client screen, enter the client ID in the Client Name/ID field
- Click the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
- If the client has previous bed reservations, a pre-display screen displays. Select the bed reservation, click OK.
- In the Priority field, select the bed reservation priority.
- A bed can be assigned (Bed Assignment form).
- A bed assignment cannot be deleted (Delete Bed Assignment form).
- In the Unit (Tentative) field, select the unit.
- In the Room (Tentative) field, select the room.
- In the Bed (Tentative) field, select the bed.
- The Licensed/Unlicensed field shows the bed license status.
- If appropriate, select Yes in the Cancel Bed Reservation field to cancel the bed reservation.
- Click Submit.
