ARRA Measures Reporting (2011 Edition)

The ARRA Measures information source details where ARRA measures information is entered in myAvatar .

Prerequisites:

• The 'Site (ARRA Measures)' registry setting must be enabled.
• In order for information to be included in ARRA Measures reporting, the following must be defined in myAvatar :
• Service Codes form: The service code must be associated with one or more 'Include Service in ARRA Measures’ fields.
• Practitioner Enrollment form: The practitioner must be associated with ARRA reporting (Yes selected in the ARRA Reportable Measures field).
• The service must be rendered within the reporting period (From Date field to Through Date field).

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Reports
2. In the Action field:

• Select Compile Report to assemble myAvatar ARRA measures information into a file. (This file includes all clients who have been admitted or discharged from a CADDS treatment program.)
• Select Delete Compile to delete a compile assembled in this form.
  If appropriate, the ARRA information can be compiled into another file.
• Select Edit Compile to change meaningful use measures in a compile (Select Meaningful Use Measure field).
• Select View Report to generate a report of information in the compile.
• Select Export XML File. (This functionality requires Netsmart CareConnect.)

2. In the From Date field, enter the report start date.
3. In the Through Date field, enter the report end date.
4. In the Name Of Compile field, enter the compile name.
5. In the Select Clinical Quality Measures field, choose the clinical quality measures to include in the report.
6. In the Select Meaningful Use Measure field, choose the meaningful use measures to include in the report.
7. In the Submission Method field, select the number of days to include in the report.
8. Click Process Action.
