Administration Event Report

Produce a report of successful and unsuccessful administration events.

The eMAR Administration Event Report:

  • can be based on a selected unit, all units, or a selected client
  • can include/exclude orders based on the Routine, PRN, STAT, or Other attribute
  • can include a range of dates
  • can list only unsuccessful events, only successful events, or both 

 

  1. Select whether to filter the report by current unit or by client.
  2. If filtering by client, select one client or all clients. For one client, select the episode.
    If filtering based on Current Unit only patients with an active inpatient episode will be displayed.
  3. Select all the Order Types To Include on the report. This field is populated with the Order Type values that have been enabled for use via the Order Types Processed By eMAR registry setting.
  4. Select whether to Include Routine/PRN/STAT/Other orders. If no selections are made, all orders are included.
  5. Enter the From and Through dates for administration events to be included.
  6. Select whether to include successful and/or unsuccessful administration events.
  7. Click Process Report.
