InfoChannel Monitor - PM

View the information that is being sent to OrderConnect through the InfoChannel. Run a report to view the error statuses of sent messages.

  • This form uses the web service based reporting if CareFabric Events are enabled.

Prerequisites:


  1. Go to: Avatar PM > InfoChannel > InfoChannel Monitor
  2. In the From Date and Through Date fields, enter the date range for which logged record transmissions to include in the report.
  3. In the Client ID field, select the specific client to search for logged record transmissions. Leave this field blank to search all clients.
  4. In the Show Errors Only field, select whether or not the report should include only the records that were not successfully sent to OrderConnect.
  5. Click View Outbound Log to generate the report.
