InfoChannel Monitor - PM
View the information that is being sent to OrderConnect through the InfoChannel. Run a report to view the error statuses of sent messages.
- This form uses the web service based reporting if CareFabric Events are enabled.
Prerequisites:
- The InfoChannel Monitor form is introduced upon installation of the myAvatar InfoChannel module.
- Go to: Avatar PM > InfoChannel > InfoChannel Monitor
- In the From Date and Through Date fields, enter the date range for which logged record transmissions to include in the report.
- In the Client ID field, select the specific client to search for logged record transmissions. Leave this field blank to search all clients.
- In the Show Errors Only field, select whether or not the report should include only the records that were not successfully sent to OrderConnect.
- Click View Outbound Log to generate the report.
