InfoChannel Defaults - PM
Configure the setup required for the system to push client data to Order Connect.
- The diagnosis record will include the Associated DSM Code for any user-defined Axis I or II DSM diagnosis code if one is defined. Otherwise, the diagnosis code itself will be included.
Prerequisites:
- The InfoChannel Defaults form is introduced upon installation of the myAvatar InfoChannel Module.
- Go to: Avatar PM > InfoChannel > InfoChannel Defaults
- In the Enabled field, select whether InfoChannel is on or off.
- In the Mode field, select whether the data sent to OrderConnect should be considered as production or test data.
Note: For each of the three OrderConnect environments, the facilities contained within can operate in either a production or test mode and so the value defined here must match the value defined for the facility in OrderConnect. - In the Facility ID field, enter the OrderConnect facility ID for the facility receiving the data.
- In the Facility Code field, enter the OrderConnect facility code for the facility receiving the data. This code must be at least six characters long.
- In the Number Of Days To Keep Log Entries field, enter the number of days the system should store the responses sent back from OrderConnect for all records.
