Use this section in the Admission and Admission (Outpatient) forms to keep a record of any pertinent information not provided for in the other sections.

  1. In the Admission Comments field, enter associated comments.
  2. In the Admission Department Time Out field, enter the admission completion time.
  3. Click Submit.
