About the eMAR screen
The eMAR screen is divided into sections for filtering clients and data and administering orders.
The eMAR interface is also available as a widget: Avatar eMAR widget.
Refer to eMAR Screen Details for descriptions of the fields and sections on the eMAR screen.
- The top section of the eMAR screen consists of three lines of fields used to filter the client and order data that displays below. These lines can be collapsed to show only the critical data and to allow more orders to be viewed at once.
- The bottom section of the eMAR consists of five tabs that provide information on the description, status, and administration of orders. This section will expand when the fields above are collapsed and when viewed on larger monitors.
- Clients can be blocked from the current user if the user or user role is set up in the Block Client Chart form in RADplus to not have access to the clients.
- Use the Form Designer to add Quick Links on the main eMAR screen to easily access other forms without leaving the screen. (myAvatar eMAR 2007 Enhancement 33)
- Users can edit or delete administration events in the eMAR grid if they are given permission in the Order Entry User Role and Order Entry User Definition forms in myAvatar Order Entry. This functionality replaces the Edit/Delete Administration Event form. (myAvatar eMAR 2007 Enhancement 34)
- With the release of eMAR 2007 Enhancement 38 (U-66), the Order Description section has been updated to provide additional administration clarity. Give, Instructions, and Reason labels have been added, and all labels are bold to more definitively identify administration instructions.
