Manage dictionary codes that can be used with treatment plans in the Client Treatment Plan form.

  • These dictionary items can be selected in a treatment plan (Select Library and Select Items For Plan fields).
  • Treatment plan dictionary items are linked to treatment plan libraries through the Treatment Plan Library Definition form.
  1. In the Dictionary field, select the type of dictionary code.
  2. In the Dictionary Code field, enter the number.
  3. In the Dictionary Value field, enter the dictionary value.
  4. Click Apply Changes.
  5. If appropriate, select a different dictionary code type. Repeat steps 1-4.
