Define treatment plan libraries

Define treatment plan libraries that reduce development time when creating a new treatment plan.

  • Libraries created in this form are available in the Library field.
  • Problems, definitions, goals, objectives, and interventions created in this form are available in 'From Library' fields.
  • This form works with the Treatment Plan Input (Workflow) form.
  1. In the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID in the Member ID field, click Select Library Name.
    Library IDs start with number 10000 and above.
  2. To create a Library, in the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID, click Select Library Name.
  • If the library is not found the New button is enabled. Click New. A ID assigned message displays. Click Ok to accept the library ID.
  • The Treatment Plan Definition form displays. In the Library field enter the library name. The Effective Date of Library field displays the current date.
  1. To edit a Library, in the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID, click Select Library Name. Click Ok.
    In the Library Definition section, library information displays.
  2. Once finished, click Submit.
