Inactivate Dictionary Code(s) Section

Lock data elements to make them unavailable.

  1. In the File field, select the dictionary file.
  2. In the Data Element field, enter the data element, click Enter to select.
  3. In the Active Dictionary Code field, select the dictionary code.
  4. Click Inactivate Selected Dictionary Code.
    Note: Inactivated codes cannot be selected in dictionary fields, and display as "Inactive" in this form.
  5. If appropriate, click Clear to remove changes.
