Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Custom

Customize immunization or wellness guidelines for a particular client.

  • These guidelines are used to trigger alerts for the client.
  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Other Chart Entry > Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Custom.
  2. In the Select Client screen, enter the client name in the Client ID field, then search for and select the client.
  3. Select List Client's Immunizations & Wellness Guidelines to display a report that lists the client's guidelines, defined in this form.
  4. Select the guideline type: Immunizations, Wellness Management, or All.
  5. Once finished, select Submit.
