Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility

Manage client immunizations and wellness management for a facility. Define the guidelines that will trigger alerts for:

• Immunizations
• Wellness Management (for example, a PSA test)

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Other Chart Entry > Health Maintenance Guideline Definition - Facility.
2. Click Immunizations to display the Immunizations screen.
3. Click Wellness to display the Wellness screen.
4. Click List Facility Guidelines to generate a report that details the facility's guidelines.
   Select the report to generate: Immunizations, Wellness Management, All.
5. Click Submit.
