Flag Assessment Forms

Identify which forms in myAvatar are to be considered assessments, and therefore become available to be mapped in the Assessment Mapping and Care Record Mapping forms.

• You can use this form to flag modeled and some core forms as "assessments" to enable mapping functionality. For example, if you flag the "Admissions" form, you can then map existing dictionaries to automatically create a problem in the Problem List.

Prerequisites:

• Assessments must be flagged.

1. In the Select Forms to Flag as Assessments field, select the forms which will be defined as assessments.
   These forms will display in the Assessment Mapping form (Form to Map field).
2. Click Add Forms.
   The forms display in the Forms Currently Flagged as Assessments field.

To remove forms that have been flagged:

1. In the Select Forms to Unflag field, select the forms.
2. Click Remove Forms.
