Care Record Mapping
Map user-defined assessment forms to specific assessment types for the CareRecordDataSetService web service.
- Go to: Avatar CWS > CWS Utilities > Care Record Mapping
- In the Type of Assessment field, select which assessment type to map to the user-defined form. See below for a list of assessment types.
- In the Form to Map field, select the user-defined form to map to the assessment type. User-defined forms must be flagged via Flag Assessment Forms.
- In the Section field, select the form section. This is an optional field used to filter the selection of dictionary fields.
- In the Care Record Field Name field, select the care record field. The available fields are dependent upon the Type of Assessment selected.
- In Assessment Field, select the which field on the selected Form to Map to map to the care record.
- Click Save Mapping or Remove Mapping to add or delete the mapping as appropriate.
- Click Display Mappings for Selected Type of Assessment to see a list of all mappings associated with the assessment type selected.
