Flow Sheet Section

Retrieve flow sheet information on the selected client.

• The report also includes all of the free-text notes.

1. In the Start Date field, enter the beginning date range for the report.
2. In the End Date field, enter the ending date range for the report.
3. In the Patient Flow Sheet Element field, select the elements for viewing.
4. Click Print Flow Sheet Information to view flow sheet information.
