Map which Evidence-Based Practice Elements are associated with the Evidence-Based Practice codes for your organization.

  • This form is an optional feature that allows you to define which of your organization's Evidence-Based Practice Elements are associated to each of your Evidence-Based Practices, in the event that you have multiple elements to associate.
  • These mapping will apply to the Evidence-Based Practice' and Evidence Based Practice Elements fields (which can be added to modeled versions of the Progress Notes (Group and Individual) form through Site Specific Section Modeling) so that only the mapped element selections will appear in the drop down list for each selected evidence-based practice.

Prerequisites:

  • This form is added when myAvatar CWS 2016 Update #33 is installed.
  1. In the Evidence-Based Practice to Map field, select the Evidence-Based Practices code to map.
  2. The Evidence-Based Practice Elements field allows you to select which fields from the Evidence-Based Practice Elements dictionary are associated with the selected practice code.
  3. Click Save Mapping to file the mapping.
    OR
    Click Remove Mapping to delete the mapping.
  4. Click Submit.
