Care Manager Service Authorization

This widget displays service authorization records in the system where Care Manager Assigned is set to the currently logged-in username.

• The widget results for each user includes only records where the user is the assigned care manager.
• The Auth # serves as a link to open the appropriate service authorization form for each record listed. Widget results will include member Service Authorizations, Contracting Provider Service Authorizations, and/or Funding Source Service Authorizations.

Display columns in widget include:

• Authorization Number
• Authorization Grouping (if applicable)
• Client
• Auth Begin Date
• Auth End Date
• Next Review Date
• Provider
• Remaining Liability
• Status
• Last Update Date
