Re-schedule Care Plan activities

Re-schedule Care Plan activities in the Re-Schedule Care Plan Activities section of the AM Facility Schedule form.

1. Go to: Avatar PM > Avatar AM Options > AM Facility Schedule and the Re-Schedule Care Plan Activities section.
2. For Care Plan Activities, select all applicable values from the list of options.
3. For Scheduled On, enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
4. The Care Plans Scheduled field automatically populates with information based on previous selections. This is an information-only field.
5. For Number of Care Plans to Reschedule, enter a value equal to or less than the number entered for Care Plans Scheduled.
6. For New Scheduled Date, enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
7. Select Re-Schedule Care Plans.
8. When a confirmation message displays, select OK.
