Set up facility schedule

Use the AM Facility Schedule form to enter facility hours and any exceptions for an Addiction Management facility using myAvatar AM NX. For example, a facility may be open from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM seven days a week, but may be closed for the Christmas holiday. If the facility is closed, all clients are adjusted to get a take home dose for the holiday. If there are clients that must be dispensed at the clinic on the holiday, enter the exception in the Holiday Dosing Exception form so that myAvatar AM recognizes the client has doses available on the holiday.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Avatar AM Options > AM Facility Schedule.
  2. Select whether to schedule by Date or Day of Week.
    • If scheduling by date, enter the date for dosing in MM/DD/YYYY format.
      OR
    • If scheduling by day of the week, indicate the appropriate day for dosing.
  3. Select the appropriate option for Activity to Restrict (Clinic Visit Dispensing or Care Plan Activity) and enter the reason.
  4. If Care Plan Activity is selected, choose all relevant options from the Care Plan Activities list.
  5. Select whether the Alternate Schedule is None, Following Day, or Previous Day.
  6. Select all applicable programs for Programs For Schedule.
  7. If the client is receiving a split dose, select whether the Visit Schedule For Second Dose Of Split Dose will be Clinic Visit or Take out.
  8. Select File.
