Follow Up Entry (Review Follow Up Entries Section) - PM
This form is used to manage follow-up entries used to track client payments and collections. The Filter By fields in this form are used to filter follow-up entries that display in the Previous Follow Up Notes field and the Follow Up Notes report.
Note: The first page for this from only filters by Guarantor in the Review Follow Up Entry Section if there is an existing entry filed for a specific Guarantor in the Follow Up Entry section. The initial section is for review purposes. There is no ability to edit what was previously filed.
Prerequisites:
- The client must be associated with a guarantor in the Financial Eligibility or Fast Financial Eligibility form.

Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Client Information - In the Client ID field, enter the client name or ID, and select.
- Select options in any optional filters:
- In the Filter By Guarantor(s) field, select the guarantors.
- For the Filter By Guarantor Representative(s) field, select the guarantor representatives.
- In the Filter By Episode(s) field, select the client episodes.
- In the Filter By Collection Note Type(s) field, select the collection note types.
Result: The Previous Follow Up Notes field displays an overview of the client’s follow up notes.
- Select Print Current Follow Up Notes to generate a report that details the client's current follow up notes.
- Select Follow Up Notes Report to generate the Follow Up Notes report that details all notes for the client.
- When finished, select File Follow Up Entry.
