Follow Up Entry (Follow Up Entry Section) - PM
Edit the follow-up note that was selected in the previous section of this form.
- In the Contact Date and Contact Time fields, enter the contact date and time.
- In the Episode Number field, select the client episode.
- In the Guarantor field, select the guarantor.
Note: Guarantors are setup in the Financial Eligibility or Fast Financial Eligibility form. - In the Guarantor Representative field, enter the guarantor representative name or ID, and select.
Note: This is the myAvatar User who is performing the data entry. Only active myAvatar users (defined in User Definition) will be available for selection in this field. - In the Collection Note Type field, select the collection note type.
- In the Contact Name field, enter the name in the format LAST, FIRST.
- In the Contact Phone field, enter the phone number.
- In the Next Contact Date and Next Contact Time fields, enter the next contact date and time.
- In the Follow Up Note field, enter follow up note information as appropriate.
- Select File Follow Up Entry.
