Follow Up Entry (Edit) - PM

Edit follow-up entries used to track client payments and collections.

The Filter By fields in this form are used to filter follow-up entries that display in the Previous Follow Up Notes field and the Follow Up Notes report.

Prerequisite: The client must be associated with a guarantor in the Financial Eligibility or Fast Financial Eligibility form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Client Information
  2. In the Client ID field, enter the client name or ID, and select.
  3. In the Filter By Guarantor field, select the guarantors.
  4. In the Filter By Guarantor Representative(s) field, select the guarantor representatives.
  5. In the Filter By Episode(s) field, select the client episodes.
  6. In the Filter By Collection Note Type(s) field, select the collection note types.
  7. The Previous Follow Up Notes field displays an overview of the client’s follow up notes.
  8. Select Print Current Follow Up Notes to generate a report that details the current follow up notes.
  9. Select Follow Up Notes Report to generate the Follow Up Notes report that details all notes for the client.
  10. In the Follow Up Entry To Edit field, select a follow up entry to edit.
  11. Complete the Follow Up Entry section.
  12. When finished, select Submit.
