Client Procedure Input - PM
Enter client information for multiple procedures at one time.
Prerequisites:
- This form is available when the Enable Acute Billing registry setting is enabled.
- Procedure codes must be defined in the ICD-9 Procedure Code Definition form.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Client Information
- In the Select Client screen, enter the client name or ID and select the client. If the client has multiple episodes, select the client episode and click OK.
- In the Date of Principal Procedure and Time of Principal Procedure fields, enter the principal procedure date and time.
- In the Principal Procedure Code field, enter the principal procedure code, and select.
- In the Principal Procedure Practitioner field, enter the principal procedure practitioner name or ID, and select.
- The Procedure Code and Practitioner fields repeat for the remaining pages in this form.
- A procedure code can be used once.
- In the Procedure Code - 1 field, enter the procedure code, and select.
- In the Procedure Practitioner - 1 field, enter the procedure practitioner name or ID, and select.
- For the Procedure Code - 2 through Procedure Code - 30 fields, enter additional procedure codes as appropriate.
- For the Procedure Practitioner - 2 through Procedure Practitioner - 30 fields, enter additional procedure practitioners as appropriate.
