'Y' enables Acute Billing functionality.

The Medical Diagnosis (Alternate), and Client Procedure Input forms are enabled.

The Use Medical Diagnosis Form For Medical Diagnosis Bills registry setting must be enabled to display medical diagnoses on bills.

'N' removes the forms from the menu and disables this functionality.
