Define Roles
Path: Administration>Configuration>Roles
You can edit or delete any existing Netsmart Homecare roles. For more information, see Working with records in the grid.
To change privileges for an existing role, proceed with the step 4 of the following procedure.
Important: Deleting a role removes it from any group or operator to which it is assigned.
To define a new role:
- Go to Administration>Configuration>Roles.
- Add a new row.
- On the Basic tab, enter the role name and its description.
- Click the Privileges tab.
- Select the Allow or Deny check boxes next to the access types for the privileges as appropriate for this role.
- Save your changes
