Define Static Patient Information

Path: Administration>Configuration>Organizations>Static Patient Information

To define the fields for the Patient Information panel, you must be granted a corresponding privilege (Full Access) by the Netsmart Homecare administrator.

Note: Any changes to the static patient information affect all Business Units in the organization.

  1. Go to Administration>Configuration>Organizations>Static Patient Information.
  2. Select the Active check box next to the items you want to display on the Patient Information panel.
  • If you activate the Care Team field, you also need to specify the care team types in Administration>Clinical>Care Team Types by selecting the Show on Patient Information panel check box.
  • Note: Selecting many items to display on the Patient Information panel can cause vertical scrolling.
  1. Use the arrows on the right of the window or right-click the item lines to define their order on the panel.
  2. Save your changes.
