Path: Administration>Configuration>Roles

With the Privileges tab, you can define or modify the access types associated with the policies (security privileges) for a particular role. This tab contains the following controls:

Control	Description
Search	Search for a specific policy.
Policy Name	View all the available policy names available in the form of a navigation tree.
Access Type	View the types of access available for the given policy name.
Allow	Select the check boxes next to the appropriate policy names to give the permission to the operators using this role.
Deny	Select the check boxes next to the appropriate policy names to deny the permission to the operators using this role.
Expand All	Click to open all items in the navigation tree.
Collapse All	Click to close all items in the navigation tree.
Allow All	Click to grant all the security privileges available for this role.
Clear All	Click to clear all the check boxes for the privileges.
Deny All	Click to deny all the security privileges available for this role.

You can drag a column heading to the area over the grid to group the selected role's privileges by policy name, access type, and by allowed or denied privileges.
