Revision History report fields
Path: Reports>Security Management>Revision History
Prerequisite: To access this report, you need to have the appropriate privilege granted by the Netsmart Homecare administrator. Also, ensure that the Netsmart Homecare Reporting Core Components is installed.
The report contains the following fields:

(Report header) |
Operators' action types (Actions) and areas (View) as selected on the Define tab. |

Patient |
Last and first name of a patient and the code in parentheses. |

(Revision history record header) |
Each record header includes the date and time of a modification, record name (details), action type, and the operator who made changes to the patient's data. Note: If operator name is shown as "System", this means that these changes were done automatically in the application. |

Field name, old and new values in patient's data. |
