Generate Revision History report
Path: Reports>Security Management>Revision History
Prerequisite: To access this report, you need to have the appropriate privilege granted by the Netsmart Homecare administrator. Also, ensure that the Netsmart Homecare Reporting Core Components is installed.
The time to generate the report depends on the size of data selected. We recommend setting shorter date ranges and specifying reporting options to narrow down the data for the report.
- Go to Reports>Security Management>Revision History.
- Specify the date range.
- Specify the needed patients.
- In the Actions section, specify the needed actions.
For details about each action, see Revision History Log Panel. - In the View section, specify the areas in the application that you want to view.
- Specify operators whose actions you want to view.
To include the changes automatically generated by the application, select the Show System Modifications check box. - To include data from different Business Units to which you have access, select the Multiple Business Unit Consolidation check box.
- On the Revision History report – Consolidation tab, select the needed consolidation levels.
Note: If you select any level, you must also select at least one value for that level. - Click Preview to generate the report.
- If needed, click Export and save the report in the PDF or Word format.
