Revision History report - Consolidation tab
Path: Reports>Security Management>Revision History
Prerequisite: To access this report, you need to have the appropriate privilege granted by the Netsmart Homecare administrator. Also, ensure that the Netsmart Homecare Reporting Core Components is installed.
With the Consolidation tab, you can define the level of specificity for the report. For example, you might choose to include branch and team in the report. The levels are listed from the most general to the most specific. For branch, for example, you can include Augusta Branch, Auburn Branch, and Not Assigned or any combination of these values.
Not Assigned
Each consolidation level (except Business Units) includes the Not Assigned value. This category is used for the data with undefined consolidation levels, such as data for prospective patients without a team and branch. The generated report groups such data under the appropriate "Not Assigned" level if the corresponding check box is selected.
Selecting Consolidation Levels
If consolidation levels are not selected, the report shows all the data in the current Business Unit for standard consolidation. For the multiple Business Unit consolidation, the report is generated for all Business Units that are currently assigned to your operator.
Note: The Business Unit consolidation is available if you select the Multiple Business Unit Consolidation check box on the Define tab.
