Quality Measures report- Define tab
Path: Reports>Clinical>Quality Measures
Use the Define tab to specify the information you want to include in the report. This tab contains the following sections you need to complete:
- Date Range
- Mode
- Optional Selection Criteria
Date Range
Select the time period the report should be generated for:

Begin Date |
Specify the beginning date of the reporting period. |

End Date |
Specify the end date of the reporting period. |
Mode
Select the patients you want to generate the report for, use the following options:

All Patients |
Select to run the report for all patients of the current Business Unit. |
|
Specific Patients |
Select to run the report for specific patients. |
Optional Selection Criteria
To include specific data in the report, select the following check boxes:

Branch |
Specify the branch to include only patients from that certain branch in the report. |
|
Team |
Specify the team to include only patients from that certain team in the report. |
|
Show Hospice Patients not Assessed for Comfort Level on Admission Patients |
Select this check box if you want to show the corresponding section on the report. |

Show Hospice Patients Assessed Outside the Follow-Up Timeframe |
Select this check box to show the number of patients for whom data was documented later than 72 hours from the initial assessment for the 'Within 48 hrs' comfort level assessment. |
|
Show 24 hrs Data |
Select this check box if you want to show the Within 24 hrs assessment data in the Summary/Aggregate section of the report. |
Note: Starting from Netsmart Homecare 8.1, the section for documenting the patient comfort level in 24 hours is not active (Patient>Clinical>Quality Measures). However, you can view the information entered in the previous versions of Netsmart Homecare
