Path: Path: Reports>Clinical>Quality Measures

With the Quality Measures report, you can preview and print the dates, results, and details of patient's comfort level assessments. Also, you can see how many hospice patients were admitted, were not assessed for comfort level at all, were assessed in 48 hours, were uncomfortable because of pain, had their pain brought to comfortable level, and how many patients were unable to self-report during the assessment.

The report consists of the following sections:

  • Comfort Level
  • Summary/Aggregate
  • Hospice Patients not Assessed for Comfort Level on Admission (optional)
