Quality Measures report- Summary/Aggregate

The Summary/Aggregate section of the Quality Measures report shows the reporting period dates and aggregate numbers of hospice patients who:
- Were admitted during the reporting period.
- Were not assessed for comfort level.
- Had no data in 48 hours (were not assessed for comfort level Within 48 hrs).
- Had data in 48 hours but this data was documented later than 72 hours from the initial assessment.
Aggregate numbers of patients (separated by the initial assessment and pain episode) with initial comfort level assessment who:
- Were uncomfortable because of pain (answered Yes to the 'Are you uncomfortable because of pain?' question).
- Answered No to the 'Are you uncomfortable because of pain?' question.
- Were unable to self-report.
Aggregate numbers of patients (separated by the initial assessment and pain episode) assessed for comfort level in 24 (optional) and 48 hours who:
- Answered Yes to the 'Was your pain brought to a comfortable level?' question.
- Answered No to the 'Was your pain brought to a comfortable level?' question.
- Were unable to self-report.
Note: Starting from Netsmart Homecare 8.1, the section for documenting the patient comfort level in 24 hours is not active (Patient>Clinical>Quality Measures). The information entered in the previous versions of Netsmart Homecare is shown but you cannot edit it. You can also view the related information in a separate section of this report.
