End date of the visits that are included into the date period that you entered on the Define tab. |

Total Frequency |
Total number of planned PRN visits available for the patients. |

Total Scheduled |
Total number of unverified visits scheduled on the Schedule or Time Log. |

Total Actual |
Total number of verified visits performed from the Schedule or Time Log. |

Over |
Number of scheduled and actual visits exceeding the number of planned visits. |

Under |
Number of scheduled and actual visits less than the number of planned visits. |

PRN Reason |
Reason for performing PRN visit. |
Depending on whether the scheduled and performed visits are over the frequency limit or met it, they will be grouped appropriately.
