Locked services (TimeLog)
Path: Transactions>General>TimeLog
Patients' visits that were started in Homecare Mobile Tablet are not available for any modifications in Netsmart Homecare (Host mode) for subsequent three days. During this time, only an operator to whom this patient is assigned can add, edit, and delete clinical documentation attached to that service.
Other users can modify the service only when it is unlocked. The service lock expires in one of the following situations:
- Three days pass from the day a visit was started (even if the visit has not been submitted).
- A visit has been marked as unmade in Homecare Mobile Tablet.
- A visit has been submitted from Homecare Mobile Tablet.
