Log in to Physician Portal
Log in to the Physician Portal for Homecare and stay logged in before session time-out.
Prerequisite:
- The system administrator provides you with the appropriate site address for your agency's Physician Portal site.
- Open Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Enter the Physician Portal address in the browser address bar and press Enter.
- Enter the primary user name and password.
- Select Log In.
After logging in, do not leave your device unattended. The duration of your session on the Physician Portal is set to 30 minutes by default, but it can be configured by your agency. When the session is about to end, you receive a message about time-out. Select Stay logged in; otherwise, you are logged out, and all unsaved changes will be lost.
