About verifying visits (TimeLog)

Path: Transactions>General>TimeLog

When you complete documentation for a patient and then enter a new patient on the TimeLog, Netsmart Homecare asks you if the patient should be verified. Always follow your agency's policy on verifying visits.

If you are allowed to verify visits, click Yes on the prompting dialog. The Verified check box on the TimeLog for the visit will be selected automatically after the verification.

If you are not allowed to verify visits, click No. The authorized person in your agency's office will verify the visit.
