Document statuses for Accelerated Posting

Path: Transactions>General>Accelerated Posting of Signed Documents

Only the documents with the following statuses can be signed in this window:

  • Ready to sign – Applies to all types of patient's documents.
    • Important: If two signatures are required on CTI form A and B, do not change the status to Signed until both signatures are present. Otherwise, the claim will be released with one signature.
  • Ready to sign (signed by Attending MD only) and Ready to sign (signed by MD CTI only) – Apply to CTI form A and B that were signed either by MD CTI or Attending MD.

The following tables show the relation between the actual status of the documents and their status after they are scanned in or added to the Accelerated Posting of Signed Documents window.
